7. Overall, the hotel wasn't bad- a less-than-excellent Four Seasons is still probably better than most hotels, but in my experience, the Ritz-Carlton South Beach (or any of the near by Ritz-Carltons) would probably be a better choice.

9. It took us a long time to get taxis and the general knowledge of the taxi drivers was amazingly bad.
