4. Maybe because the hotel is so very busy our room was showing a lot of wear & tear & looked ready for an early upgrade and some TLCBedding was seriously in need of replacement - our duvet consisted of clumps of fill with empty spaces between them [washed at wrong setting or ?], pillow cases hadn't been pressed & one had yellow stains, and the decorative pillow was grubby & frayed.
"Good, comfortable, dependable Hampton that's starting to need updating " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/4/2009 Vote
5. Front desk instantly replaced the stained pillowcase - they're great .

8. like the 'to go' bags of breakfast food at the front desk; the newspaper being delivered to your door in a bag so you can take it with you without staining your hands or worse; the lounge area where breakfast is served is always available (and has free wifi) for you to work, socialize, etc.
"Excellent all around...and I'm finicky! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/24/2007 Vote
