1. We arrived Miami after an 11 pm flight and went to a nightmare hotel a family member had booked for us.

We also had a nightmare with the shuttle service that was to take us to the port but that is not the hotels fault , it was the gal who was calling out the cruise lines and skipped Royal Caribbean and left about 5 of us families behind because they did not want to unload all of the luggage and start over.
