6. Bi-lingual front desk staff was a plus, specially when sorting out some minor issue with my billing (which was fully solved by email after my return to Colombia).

7. 4 hours later and no call so I once again called down to the front desk where there has been a shift change and they were not aware of the issue so they sent up someone else who came up with the same conclusion and you guessed it, would get back with me.

9. To the person who complained of the steep parking entrance: why didn't you just park on the lower level?? Its covered, secure and I had no issues getting in.
