7. I'm giving the hotel five stars because they were incredibly helpful when I booked the wrong date with a non-refundable, non-changeable reservation.

9. I made the reservation months in advance directly with the hotel and when I noticed the lower rates on their website near the travel date I called and they honored the lower price without giving me any trouble.

10. Add to the fact that Dadeland reception staff were very unaccommodating bordering on rude and indifferent and the actual hotel was a bit tired and our room was very dated [believe refurbishment of the rooms was in progress but think we got the oldest one left.
