1. A little difficult to find good restaurants, but the cuban restaurant across the street in the shopping mall was excellent as the staff recommended.

6. This is a convenient hotel for a layover, but there is no restaurant on the premises or within walking distance therefore it is difficult to get food.

7. - but couple the state of the linens with a carpet in need of shampooing & whole room looked tired & wornHousekeeper didn't speak any English - apparently this isn't uncommon in Miami but as first time visitors we were suprised - and since our Spanish is minimal it made communication a bit difficult.

9. Upon arriving at the airport, it was a bit difficult to find the area where you pick up the shuttle, as there is a sign that points you outside and then nothing--however that's because of how the Miami airport handles hotel shuttles--total chaos.
