1. This is completely unacceptable and I will NEVER stay at the Madison again or recommend it to anyone traveling to the Memphis area (I cannot imagine the terrible service we would have received if we actually married at the hotel).

3. Why was this when I booked well in advance? And why not be honest? They said they would reduce the price (after I insisted) but I think it unacceptable that I have to raise it with them.
