3. I WILL NOT BE BACK and advise you to avoid the experience I had by staying somewhere else downtown like the Westin or Peabody - both of which I've had great experiences at and will be returning to.

4. Beautiful hotel in central location near Beale St, excellent choice with attractive off-season rates if you want to avoid the sameness of chain hotels.
