4. Head of Housekeeping said the yellow stains on the wall was glue; however it wiped off so it was obviously urine and not glue stains from a recent remodeling.

8. There was a huge, ugly stain on the chair in our room; the hair dryer did not work; and the Internet connection, housed in the lamp base, was faulty.
