Bathroom is a little small for 2+ people, but I don't see that as a
problem
if you're there only 1-3 days.

The only
problem
I saw during my stay was that the traffic during rush hour could cause a slight delay getting in and out of the hotel parking lot.

As others have said, the entrance to their parking lot is rather quick off (and back on) the highway, so there is a need to be careful during heavy traffic times - but if you are aware in advance, it creates little
