1. Bathroom is a little small for 2+ people, but I don't see that as a problem if you're there only 1-3 days.

7. As others have said, the entrance to their parking lot is rather quick off (and back on) the highway, so there is a need to be careful during heavy traffic times - but if you are aware in advance, it creates little problems.
