1. The only really bad thing about this hotel is one of the elevators has been pretty much not working for over a year now.

9. Good and bad - The room above mine had a water leak that came into my ceiling, however the front desk clerk who I said was very freindly and helpful came up and brought me a key to a room further down the hall.

10. bad - The breakfast cooking staff seemed a little inconsiderate and when I asked for non-stck spray for the waffle iron, I was told that they had already sprayed it this morning and they are only supposed to do it once a day.
