3. The only negative is that it is a little further from down town area than would be desired but the value and the condition of the hotel made it and excellent choice for a stay in Memphis.

4. I`d say the only negative is the location, and it`s not THAT bad, but if you`re looking to do stuff near the riverfront area in Memphis where a lot of the attractions are, it`s a bit of a haul.
