PROS: well-stocked mini-bar, very soft beds (if you like that), convenient Downtown location, fast valet serviceCONS: they missed our wake-up call (good thing we didn't miss our plane), the free wi-fi did not work, not enough lighting if you wanted to do work at the desk, poor sound isolation (we could hear the conversationsand partying in adjoining rooms and in the hallways), terrible smelling slimy soap/lotion/shampoo/conditioner, strange smelling hallways.
