2. WORST OF ALL: in the span of 30 minutes we killed 5, yes 5, juicy flies/gnats (not sure exactly what they were except that they were gross) in our restroom.

3. there was not plastic bottled water to take with me when i left, just glass bottles that wouldnt close and gross tasting water in a box( the stuff is terrible), i would still stay again though the roof top veiw is to die for.

8. The smoke smell is gross, the cleaning solution the maids use is really strong & really bad-like oven cleaner that you smell when walking down the halls.

10. Plates and cups may not sound that gross but there were half eaten omelettes, oatmeal and fruit left on the floor to attract god knows what kinds of pestilence.
