7. When asking if one should use the elevator after the earthquake the front desk replied' if the door is open, I would try it' they were completely annoyed by phone calls and laughed when we told them that we had never experienced as such.

The front desk looks for ways to be unhelpful, housekeeping is at best incompetent and apathetic, the room service staff is polite but annoying, the parking attendants are missing, the security staff is obnoxious and the bartenders and waitresses on the roof think they're working at a Dick's Last Resort.
