1. My only complaint was I never received a statement upon check out and despite 2 emails to the hotel they have never emailed me a statement/bill.

3. The only complaint I have is that it's located on a smoking floor so you have to hold your breath walking to and from the gym from the elevator.

7. There was a noise complaint from one of the rooms on my floor, so we had a knock on the door by some hotel staff - despite being surprised that they knocked on our door first.

9. My biggest complaint is that on Sunday, the day of our arrival, the floor that we stayed on was littered with plates and cups from room service earlier in the day and the plates and cups were not removed until around 11 pm that night even though a number of hotel staff (maids included) passed the littered areas.
