4. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude and said that I needed to pay an extra us$20 for a rollaway bed and that this is their policy and sort of said that I had to accept as it is and hang up on the phone even though I wanted to ask more questions.

10. There was a large group (25+) of 18-21 year olds staying there on Saturday night who were extremely rude and beligerant; I felt unsafe with them around, but the staff seemed unconcerned about the profanity there were loudly speaking throughout the lobby and garage.
