2. Everything about the place is mediocre; the room coffee maker never worked even though I left a note every day; the maid did not replace the soap until it was a sliver; there was not a comfortable chair in the room; the wireless network never worked; crummy TV; mediocre overpriced food.

6. Hotel lobby was gracious & well lit, bar always inviting, elevators pretty timely, the room was just mediocre- bathroom ceiling leaked 4 days, and it's a very short ceiling- Im 5'5 & my head was almost to the roof in the tub.
