4. we had a retirement engagement at the Kyoto hotel, my room i was promised never was booked for me ? i requested a room with city view upper floors 12-16 none were offered to me, my room was small and odor wasnt appealing, when checking out , i was charged for water bottles $5 each fir water i didnt even drink .
