7. negs: loud (right next to main road to LAX); step outside lobby and it's not a great part of town; one elevator for parking, then another for the hotel (inconvenient and slow); pool is not laid out well.

10. My room was one of the top floors, elevators take time to reach there, the restaurant service is slow, and there is no nearby restaurant/shopping area--this is in middle of nowhere despite being minutes from LAX.
