The list is long: 1) the lock on my room door didn't work and had to be fixed; 2)the elevator down button didn't work, many guests waited and waited, not knowing that the DOWN button was broken --- the staff didn't bother putting up a sign or anything to notify guests---I'm sure this delayed more than a few hotel guests; 3) the procedure to get parking ticket validation THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR DAILY took extra time, because all guests had to stand in the one line along with guests that were checking in & out; 4) the elevator to the parking structure was dirty; 5) the ice machine on the 7th floor didn't operate properly; 6)the cleaning crew actually knocked on my door at 7:30am to check if I wanted service.
