1. The printer had a few problems, but the woman at the desk came to help repeatedly, even though I am sure she had other things to do.

4. the only problem we almost had with this hotel was that our first day there two of their three elevators weren't working, causing a long wait for the one elevator remaining (even more of a problem when you're on the eighth floor with a two year old.

5. a bit noisy most of the night and this is probably caused by the early departures out of LAX and guess all the nearby motels have the same noise problem, otherwise, i would not recommend only because of the noise factor and the automatic closure of the heavy doors that slam shut.

6. You have to have your parking voucher validated everytime you leave which is kinda of a pain but the staff was quick and never gave me a problem.
