1. The pool was difficult to find, the only indication of where it is, is in the elevator, on the fourth floor button it says pool, when you get off at the 4th floor, it gives you no help as where to go next, after wandering a bit, we went back down to the front desk and asked.

5. If there ever was a fire or other problem, it would be difficult for a handicapped person to be evacuated.
