1. It is a short 10 minute shuttle ride (complimentary hotel shuttle) from LAX with shuttles making the rounds frequently enough to avoid long waits at either end.

3. Windows cannot be open - good only if weather allows you to avoid using in-room A/C which is very very noisy.

4. If you want to avoid paying for parking, you can park for free directly across Century Blvd in front of the Subway/Office building - usually easily available at night, but you`ll have to move your car by 9 am (1 hour parking afterwards).

5. There are several fast food selections near the hotel, however for your personal safety I would avoid walking east of the 405, especially at night.

6. If at all possible, ask for a room facing AWAY from Century Blvd - this way you can avoid much of the south runway landing pattern noise, as well as the street traffic noise.

7. It seems to have cornered the Market on the 2 1/2 star LAX category (I got stuck at this dump for my last 4 bids - I'm avoiding that category now, just to avoid this hotel.

10. I should have reserved this hotel for just one night (not the 7 that I booked), checked out the accommodations and booked a different hotel to avoid what turned out to be a VERY DISSATISFYING STAY.
