2. As I drove through the neighborhood of the HOJO Reseda, I was relieved to find that it's not run down and the residents don't look scary.

3. Parking : Gated parking where you use your guest room card to open (one of our cards did not work though), I noted the scary signs posted regarding 'No drugs (etc) allowed on the premises' mentioned by another reviewer.
