1. There were some noise issues with the person above banging around on one occasion but after a call to reception it stopped within about 10 minutes so they were quick to deal with that.

4. I did have a small issue with a strange smell on my pillow case and quilt which I reported and it was handled by the lovely housekeeper with an apology and a smile first thing in the am.

7. The only issue we had with our stay was the fuss made when I asked for three extra pillows and was told rather curtly that only one extra pillow per room was allowed.
