1. The only real concern was the noise - while you couldn't hear your neighbors, it was very loud just outside the door.

A big downside is the hotel attracts a diverse crowd including people who walk the hallways without shirts on and people who throw all-night loud parties with what sounds like dozens of carousing people crammed into a single room and often opening the door letting the sound of the party travel through the area.
