2. THe price was very competitive and we were very satisfied, the gated parking area was a huge plus, the area is not bad but not great, never felt unsafe but the gated parking was nice, the CVS pharmacy next door was nice for last minute and late night runs for forgotten items.

10. As with most places in suburbs of Los Angeles, you do need a car to get to most places from here but location is not bad, about 45 minutes to many areas of Los Angeles (not during rush hour of course).
