1. Besides having a very rude staff and the room not being ready even an hour after the check in this is just another reason to keep us from staying at this hotel ever again.

2. One woman was friendly, professional and quite nice, but the next day at check-out the front clerk was fairly unfriendly, unhelpful and kinda rude.

3. Then when we got to the lobby the staff was very unpleasant (the lady working the desk and the security/valet) They were rude and some what bothered by us disturbing their naps (?) We then gave him our key and started to our room.
