1. The only downside was the other guests on a sat night who seem to think that talking loudly on their phones at 2am in the hall was not a problem, but thats not the hotel's fault.

3. All in all the hotel is in a fab location and the room was lovely, bathroom a bit tiny, but adequate - only downside for me was road noise.

4. My only two negative reactions were that the hotel's restaurant not opening until 8am rules out having breakfast before leaving for a meeting at the start of the working day, and is a bit of a downside for business travellers.
