3. Our Los Angeles boutique motel rooms are truly old and smelly, with rocking chairs, fake hardwood floors, rain showers nozzles from target and plush bedding that may cause you to get bed bugs.

5. We had a few minor issues: the filter for the in-room coffee maker had not been emptied, the room did not have a clock (no biggie since this was a pleasure trip), and the rocking chair looked like it needed a steam cleaning.
