6. The staff was especially helpful in adjusting our reservations (twice) due to weather issues; the room is comfortable and it is so convenient to the Farmer's Market/Grove for breakfast or other meals or quick errands.

9. We had a few minor issues: the filter for the in-room coffee maker had not been emptied, the room did not have a clock (no biggie since this was a pleasure trip), and the rocking chair looked like it needed a steam cleaning.

10. Needless to say, woke up several times during the night from noises other than people in the halls or outside noise, both of which were not an issue at all.
