8. There is evidence of slow but sure upgrading and renovating in common areas - and while the rooms have dated furniture and stuff - considering the great price for such a location - and its all okay.

We didn't get the type of room we booked (we booked a queen with a roll away and got a room with two fulls), the roll away bed had large lumps you could feel, the free breakfast is only accessible by elevator, very slow, very packed elevator so we ended up eating elsewhere and not using our free breakfast.

10. We tried to call the front desk, but you can't from the phone in your room from what we could tell and so we had to go down stairs in very slow elevators because the stairwells are locked and asked the staff to please ask the bar to turn their music down.
