1. The only bad thing I have to say was the location of my room was near the service alley to the Highland Center.

5. Just 1 shortcoming which hold me back from giving a 5 bubble rating - bad wifi in our room (# 101) throughout our stay - pointed this out to the staff but they couldn't fix it, had to use my laptop in the public areas.

The bad: the hotel is older (60s maybe) which is fine for the price, however the air conditioner was older and very loud and positioned 3 feet from the bed at the same height as the bed so I either had to chose between no air conditioning (a bit hot and stuffy with 3 people in the room) or near arctic conditions blowing on my back all night.

10. The only bad things I have to say about this place is that the beds sag in the middle and the maids made a lot of noise just outside our door early in the morning.
