2. The only small complaint was that being on the ground floor we could hear some noise from upstairs on one of the afternoons when a child was running around but did not disturb us at night.

7. My only (very) minor complaint is that their wifi isn't very strong and connecting is a bit spotty in the rooms but worked better in the hall and breakfast area, at least we were able to do what we needed to do and didn't spend that much time awake hanging in the hotel as we kept very busy.

9. I received a full refund as the hotel was fully booked but was also told that room 311 has often been requested and that the hotel has never received complaints about it.
