The hotel room had been vacated and all furniture pulled out and the
extermin
ation process was in place and they told him that no bed bugs had been found but were treating it 'just in case'.

I took one of the bed bugs down to the front desk to show them and the front desk clerk told me he would have to take the bug to show the
exterminator
and then said, 'have a nice day' with never an apology or the managers name and number.
