4. I am shocked and disappointed in how they've treated me through this whole ordeal and all I can say is, thank goodness I saw these bed bugs crawling around my bed as aweful as it was, because I knew not to bring a single item into my home.

10. Felt at home and enjoyed the nice bathroom too -although huge disappointment that later in the evening there was no hot water, so no bath, we didn't report the problem though as we didn't want to watch someone fixing it late in the evening.
