3. Can I say RUDE? WE were never told it was happy hour let alone asked how we were doing or aked if we wanted another drink.

4. Forgetting orders, what kind of alcohol was stocked ( asked for two types of liquor that were clearly visible and he rudely replied without looking ' we don't have that') not paying attention to his clientele but was rather more concerned with his music and computer till which he asked us four different times what we all ordered.

6. This hotel smells, the staff are rude and if you stay, I implore you to pay by some other method than credit so that they can't steal your credit card information as they did ours.

9. Room key didn't work twice, musty smelling room, mold in shower, no hot water for shower, TV channels were fuzzy, rooftop AC units next to my room, very loud, fire alarm went on at 4:45 in the morning, staff was very rude, carpets threadbare, non lighted parking area, charged 10.
