1. My room door appeared to have been broken into at one time since the metal frame was bent in at the doorknob.

2. ( apparently one night when I was there a few Ladies in a different room noticed there latch was broken as well, asked to be moved and denied, later that night the front desk staff checked in two gentleman and gave them the same room as the 2 Ladies had so when the guys walked in to the room (because the safety latch was broken) the 2 ladies woke up to men standing in there room, they were scared to death.

4. One of the beds in the two bed room was so broken it had collapsed in the middle (side ways), so the head of bed and foot of bed went up in the air when you laid in it.

5. We got the reduced rate (99$) for the Gate 15K and stay here because host hotel--Bed was comfy and room spacious enough and several restaurants w/i walking distance, employee did appear responsive when I mentioned icemaker in our hall broken--But.

6. The lock on the door was broken and I had to change rooms, in fact it looked like almost every door on the fifth floor had been broken.
