1. I have never had this problem using my laptop anywhere else.

3. This hotel renovations and upgrades are just great and we loved our room there was nothing wrong with it the bed was great and the bathroom was just as great and as for bug problems there are none.

The only other thing I had a problem with was having to pay for parking, which I thought was a complete ripoff, considering that the parking was inadequate; the spaces closest to our room were reserved for other businesses that were leasing spaces close to the riverwalk, so it was as though were were paying to be inconvenienced.

5. The problem was that I left my phone in the room when we checked out and when I called(from the car) to ask about the phone I was told that they would talk to their housekeeping staff and get back to me.

10. I never ran into any problems on the street at night (hardly saw any other pedestrians as a matter of fact), but the locals seem to think it's not the best area, so keep that in mind.
