1. The paint job was a joke paint all in ceiling the bathroom also had a bad odor and the bed sunk in the middle as soon as i lay on it.

4. Upon exiting the elevator on the third floor and entering the room there was a smell of mold and mildew, I didn't see either but you could tell it exist because the odor was so strong.
