1. my hearing was early in the am and the shuttle they called for me was running late; and the front desk manager saw how bugged out i was b/c i was afraid i wouldnt make it on time and told me they'd do everything in their power to make sure i made it to the courthouse and said 'even if i have to take you there myself i will not let you be late'.

2. This hotel renovations and upgrades are just great and we loved our room there was nothing wrong with it the bed was great and the bathroom was just as great and as for bug problems there are none.

10. The carpets where very dirty and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very bad, there where bugs running in the stairs and the hall smelled like vomit and beer.
