2. I have known this hotel for decades; it always impressed me as a rather starchy, unfriendly place, and it was against my better judgement that I went there in the hurricanes aftermath.

3. Staff was unfriendly, no verbal greeting or smiles??? Ice machine was out of order on the 6th floor,(did have a sign), went to the 3rd and 4th floor, no ice and no out of order sign, finally obtained ice on the 5th floor.

4. Besides an unfriendly woman who was on charge of my check in that they at night the hotel has an excellent location, just connected the best hospital in town.
