The Executive lounge was poorly attended during the day-for over 2 hours the coffee service was not replenished-reported by numerous clients to the front desk with no response- apparently when the breakfast is served on another floor there is no staff to monitor the lounge-as reported by the food manager when he returned my call.

2. Even though the hotel had more than one year's notice of the arrival of the Final Four, it was poorly prepared to handle the event.

3. He changed the filter but, didn't really repair the problem so our room stayed about 77 degrees all night and very humid so we all slept poorly and my daughter was exhausted the next day for her procedure.
