1. Until the service issues are resolved especially considering the rates this hotel charges I can not recommend this hotel.

4. The only real issue I had with the room (pretty minor) was that internet was available via ethernet cable at the desk -- wireless would have been preferable so I could sit anywhere in my room while working on my laptop.

5. Check out was a little slow on a Sunday morning as there was one staff person helping guests who had some sort of issue with their bill.

7. The room itself was nice, the location really not where we wanted but ok, but the parking and the noise issues made this the worse "birthday weekend" I ever had.
