4. The staff here were wonderful, they didn't charge me for the first missed night and gave me free internet to make up for my bad trip.

5. And the fact the hotel shared parking with the hospital and they make their guest pay every time they leave the parking lot was very bad, it almost ruined our trip, it was that bad.
