They seem to have mostly fixed the elevator
problem
s (they no longer take 15 minutes to arrive), but one still bounces a bit whenever you ride it.

This led to a later
problem
where we got a bill under our door after one night, which we had to then explain to the front desk that we'd booked for two nights.

He changed the filter but, didn't really repair the
problem
so our room stayed about 77 degrees all night and very humid so we all slept poorly and my daughter was exhausted the next day for her procedure.
