1. They seem to have mostly fixed the elevator problems (they no longer take 15 minutes to arrive), but one still bounces a bit whenever you ride it.

7. He changed the filter but, didn't really repair the problem so our room stayed about 77 degrees all night and very humid so we all slept poorly and my daughter was exhausted the next day for her procedure.
