1. This place is expensive, its empty, neglected (the elevator shook much more than what could be considered comfortable) the staff were very rude and gave me all kinds of attitude when I inquired about the $13 cost of Wi-Fi.

I booked the room through an online site and was misinformed about the non-smoking policy and once at the hotel I went for a movie and after the movie called the front desk about leaving the hotel because of the policy and the front desk was very ,very, very rude and did not offer any assistance.

8. I ended up on my way to Canada via the tunnel but an extremely rude border guard put a quick halt to that and proceeded to search my vehicle all because I was lost and made a wrong turn.
