1. we still had no food, no drink refills, no word back from the manager from our numerous complaints to our waitress and the manager herself and walked out of a packed restaurant of grumbling, hungry patrons (so much for not being busy) and frustrated waitresses working with a kitchen that was putting out no food to anyone to go complain to the front desk.

5. I didn`t have a car so I can`t speak to the frustrations of parking, but the area did seem crowded when I pulled up on a taxi.

8. I love the new Bath and Body works shampoo in the bathroom but alas, B&B works no longer sells this aromatherapy brand, so it is extremely frustrating to have the one thing I enjoy about the hotel be something i can`t even buy outside of the hotel.
