7. A couple minor things were bothersome (eg, no stir sticks or creamer with the coffee) and HVAC was not terribly effective (room was never cool enough to be comfortable for me until I realized one of the windows opened) but all the staff I interacted with (housekeeping, front desk, luggage) were very friendly.
